Jason Writes Story on Local Bodybuilder for Newspaper
This week I got to interview local bodybuilder Dianna Brock of Sutherlin about her recent first-place finish at the Emerald Cup in Seattle. The Douglas County News, a local weekly newspaper, asked me to write an article on Dianna and her quest to break into the professional ranks.

Umpqua Valley Christian vs. Oakland Baseball Video
